talent is such a broad spectrum.. On what dimension is talent most important? Initially, I was going to disagree with you and say that everybody has something to offer, and therefore, the most important “asset class” is organized leadership. But then, you might argue that being good at leadership is “talent”, so really im just left confused by your quote. I am trying to figure out if you mean it in a cynical / hyper-competitive way, which I disagree with… or something else… I don’t even know what “asset classes” parallel that of “talent”…….
