[Quick response that I'll have to come back to later]
Most notably to me is the stark contrast between now and just a few weeks ago.
There was zero excitement about her as a candidate and barely more during her tenure as VP. Even after the announcement was made, it was quiet; she wasn't a strong, let alone obvious nominee (I would have put a bunch of money down for Michelle on Polymarket if I could). Then, all of a sudden as if she were the obvious nominee, everyone was pumped about her. Not her policies, positions, or experience; her. Then, the talking points on "border czar" (cards that were handed out), proliferation of "weird", etc.
To be fair, I don't know that her campaign is behind the impressive consistency. The coordination of media around her is almost certainly manufactured. And to be honest, I can't blame them; they're playing the game well! 0 reply
