Reuters then flashed it citing CNBC

What is the actual source of the Hassett headline that's being passed around?

Guy on X with the handle "Walter Bloomberg" but with no actual connection to Bloomberg and a 'verified' check posts a tweet saying that the tariffs might be paused for 90 days. This spreads like crazy and is a buy signal for a lot of algorithms/traders sending the market flying. Turns out to be inaccurate/misquoted/fake news, and the market drops significantly.

Someone saw this interview with Hassett and ran with a rumor that the white house is considering a 90 Day Tariff pause.

CNBC/Reuters picked it up and ran it as a headline.  Market pumps 8-10% on the news then immediately falls 4-5% once the White House comes out and denies that they're considering a pause.
