mint your image and likeness, get paid when it's remixed. which makes me wonder: what if the intersection of crypto and ai has been modeling all along? https://zora.co/collect/zora:0x5abf0c04ab7196e2bdd19313b479baebd9f7791b/233

there will be a market/category of models with strong personal brands that will allow any brand (or whitelist of brands) to permissionlessly use their image and likeness. and crypto is the only way to facilitate this efficiently, as far as i can tell.

onchain legal agreements, an open marketplace for brands to find models, elastic pricing based on demand, an array of payment structures (i.e. fixed or commission based on sales), ongoing royalties...etc

Crypto hasn’t been able to break into this with the social media influencer ecosystem today It’s quite antiquated with it just now getting robust enough in agency support to transition to marketplace platforms. None of them have quite taken off since there are benefits to both sides to keep it relationship based unlike rapid ad auctions. There is a market of rabbit hole mush content on social platforms that is leaving money on the table. That has quickly taken on AI tools. I’m not sure the timeline where it’s acceptable to watch nothing but synthetic models but tiktok adoption does shorten it
