onchain legal agreements, an open marketplace for brands to find models, elastic pricing based on demand, an array of payment structures (i.e. fixed or commission based on sales), ongoing royalties...etc

there will be a market/category of models with strong personal brands that will allow any brand (or whitelist of brands) to permissionlessly use their image and likeness.

and crypto is the only way to facilitate this efficiently, as far as i can tell.

Adidas didn’t make this and hasn’t co-signed it yet. I think agencies will get this in b-roll or for short turnarounds for small brands for a while
