an experiment:

i'll be designing entirely in public with and for a few friendly projects, starting with @gif (by @0xconca.eth) and /atlas (by @jrf); as you know, the /red channel only curates my own casts to the feed, but starting today theirs will be curated too

Below a first task / proposal for the @gif composer action layout (with more detail and rationale in the following cast)

there are several moving parts here:

- advertising /hyperclient, a side-project by me and @0xconca.eth 
- experimenting with design in public
- advertising /red, why not

again, only me and selected users will be curated to the main feed to keep this tidy, but everyone can reply and one of the ideas is for this to become conversational and getting more input in the design process

Interestingly enough, the most exciting one for me is @atlas 🤣

I think redesigning it could really unlock its potential
