I 100% agree with @kbc on hiring juniors and training them! It takes time, patience and effort plus you can’t stop them from moving out to be someone’s else CMO! Marketing agencies have talents and expertise to execute but again they need to be managed. I would suggest having a sr marketing manager/head + agency to support on specific areas i.e pr, social media.

Hiring juniors only work if you can train them or if they have the skills/network to learn. You need to be ok with them doing all their mistakes with you and once they are great moving on to a different company. Of course if done right they’ll be externally grateful to you. Agency: need to be good and ask the right questions to make the campaign successful. Also, OP is young and has an agency
