Very simple spec for a first cut of programmable DCs. Plan is to basically expose a thin layer on top of internal Warpcast APIs. We don't know enough about the final shape of public DC APIs, so will keep it simple to start.

Why Priority mode matters

LLMs make it easy to create more sophisticated spam. Look at the example below. It will only get worse. Programmatic DDoS of attention at scale.

Priority mode by default ensures that only users you follow or with a globally recognized relevance, i.e. Power Badge, will break through.

idea for clients to solve this - build a ‘discover new users’ feed - just filter new users (<90days fid registration) and rank them if anyone with a powerbadge or in your personal social graph has engaged (followed/liked/commented/recasted) 

simple solutions like this take less time to ship vs talking abt problems
