bonds keep going up while equities keep going down, something is going to break soon or has already broken. maybe china is unloading treasuries to spite bessent. spx bottoms either ~4600 (front-run 4500 level) or 4200, imo

if you find store bought cream cheese underwhelming like I do, you can just add lemon rind + juice, olive oil, and dill. it takes on a much lighter texture, closer to whipped. in this case we used Riviera cream cheese but would work with anything
