Generally good advice, but I want to correct a few misconceptions: 

1. Posting frames is not bad
2. Recasting is not bad 

The best advice is to post original thoughts. It's OK to quote, reply to, tag and engage with someone when you have something useful to add.

I'm starting to get "Farcaster rules fatigue".

Every few months there are a new set of rules. Post in channels, don't post in channels, comment on threads, don't comment on threads unless in a channel and you are standing on your head... 😫 🥴

By the way: Fuck DNS security. It's horrendous that one grumpy sysadmin can decide that they want to keep moving the goalpost and simultaneously give away control of your name and also deny it to you on arbitrary terms. I've been critical of DNS safety for years, and concerns around it are part of why we did not pursue a web wallet at MM years earlier (though we had working prototypes). Not your smart contract, not your terms?

@danfinlay sorry for this trouble, but thank you very much for writing this up to help the rest of us understand what happened to you and to raise awareness of the role DNS plays in secure email.

It was a good reminder that the root of trust for DNS is ultimately humans.
