The headline is misleading. The protocol actually worked, as some users were running their own PDs. However, as has happened here, sometimes, when Warpcast goes down, a lot of users think the service is not working, which is not true. You try another client,, and voila, everything works.
The main issue with both solutions is that, as usual, we don't have enough diversity of clients 0 reply
