I thought it would be fun to do a little re-introduction since it’s been a while :) I’m Galazio - I started using Warpcast in 2023 just before attending FarCon #1 in Boston. With the encouragement of the people I met there, I kept casting about the things I love even though I didn’t have a technical background. Casting has helped me meet some wonderful friends! 💜 I love to cook and I’m planning Season 2 of Galazio Kitchen now 🍋 I’m editing my first novel and write in my journal every day. Road trips are my favorite and my goal is to visit all 63 US National Parks (51 visited so far!) In the spring and summer I’ll be casting more about gardening.🌷 I have a paragraph newsletter where I post recipes as well as photos and notes about my daily life in New England. Tonight’s dinner: pasta salad with ground chicken I added freshly grated Parmesan after taking the photo :) Ingredients: Olive oil Ground chicken Pasta Onion Garlic Kale Roasted red peppers Artichoke hearts Lemon juice Dried oregano Red pepper flakes Salt and pepper Homemade Italian dressing

Today’s lunch: chicken and egg salad open faced sandwiches :) I had some leftovers in the fridge that I wanted to use up, so I combined them into this tangy hearty sandwich. I think 1 tsp of minced red onion would also be a great addition! Chicken and egg salad 1/4 cup shredded chicken 2 hard boiled eggs 1 tbsp diced cornichons 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp dried dill 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes Salt and pepper to taste

It’s been snowing all day today! ❄️ At the same time, the forsythia are covered in tiny yellow buds. Planning to make more homemade chicken stock today :)

Today’s lunch: Made open faced chicken salad sandwiches with the chicken I roasted yesterday :) Chicken salad: 1 cup chopped chicken breast 1 tbsp mayo 1 1/2 tbsp greek yogurt 1 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp dried dill 1/3 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp olive oil 1 1/2 tsp finely diced cornichons 1 tsp fresh parsley finely chopped 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes To make the sandwiches: Toast two slices of bread and add a slice of cheese to each. I used American cheese. Chop one cup of fresh watercress and season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Add watercress to sandwiches, then add a scoop of the chicken salad on top. Enjoy! :)
