moving this weekend and threw away at least 30% of my stuff. not a hoarder by any means. just went into it asking: 1. do i really use this thing? 2. does it have significant sentimental value? we hold on to things thinking they’ll become of importance later on. and perhaps we do that with more than “stuff” in the house. but also with things we hold onto in our mind.
