Season 13 opens with Cheryl and Ted's breakup, leading to her dating RFK Jr. Leon becomes RFK's biggest fanboy, tossing Larry's "toxic" deodorant and getting way too into wellness - especially "sunning his balls" in Larry's backyard. When neighbors complain about naked Leon, Larry ends up at a homeowners meeting where he manages to piss off  environmental activist in LA.

Everything comes to a head at this environmental fundraiser Cheryl guilts Larry into attending. Larry shows up wearing multiple layers of clothing and a surgical mask (to mock their anti-mask attitudes), only to discover it's actually an outdoor summer event. As Larry's passing out from heat exhaustion, he's still arguing with RFK Jr. about vaccines. As RFK performs CPR, Leon's filming it for his new wellness Instagram series "Getting Healthy with LD" - a  documentary about Larry's "toxic lifestyle" that's gone viral in the wellness community.
