when you think/speak about an 0x address, what do you usually call it? 1) public address 2) wallet 3) web3 identity 4) something else

Address. I found (while teaching at a uni) that it’s better to delineate between an address and an account: account is address + chain + (if context allows) assets. A wallet then is a thing that handles accounts. Identity is an orthogonal concept.
