Clearly he sent me a airdrop for participating in the ecosystem.

Anyone can look at my block history since my 1st crypto transaction.

I worked HARD to get here and NEVER scammed anyone! Not once! 

So when you have a group of people in our community that are stealing from struggling people and also damaging our industries progress, would we as a community condone this type of behavior? I would hope not. So who enforces these crimes and serves justice in crypto? We dont want to the Fed to do it..but yet this type of activity could be the thing that keeps ETH from being more mass adopted in these areas because we ignore it.

I dont think they can..and if so then this would be bad.

But I never said his drop was bad. His was a good one, it just was stolen from me.

This is almost definitely a spoofed transaction. Anyone can initiate a transaction that looks to be coming from a source that it isn't. It's exploiting UI/UX on explorers and software wallets to make it look like it's coming from a legitimate source.
