If you are getting "enough" sleep but still feel tired, it may be time to consider other types of rest: 1- Physical rest: sleeping, meditation, breathing exercises 2- Mental rest: listening to music, journaling (an example would be writing down your feelings), short but frequent breaks while working, silence 3- Social rest: spending time alone, spending time with animals, nurturing and building real relationships 4- Sensory rest: turning off devices, lights 5- Spiritual rest: gratitude, meditation 6- Emotional rest: expressing emotions and feelings, therapy, journaling, not trying to please "everyone" 7- Creative rest: nature walks, painting, art

Brazil backs out of BRICS common currency idea During its presidency of the BRICS group, Brazil has abandoned the idea of a common currency and will instead focus on facilitating trade in the countries' national currencies. The BRICS decision to create a common currency has been met with warnings and threats from US President Donald Trump about challenging the dollar's dominance. The BRICS group is exploring alternatives to the US dollar, and Brazilian President Lula da Silva has called for a reduction in dependence on the US dollar. However, plans for a common currency have not progressed beyond political rhetoric, and the group will instead focus on reforms to facilitate international payments in member countries' currencies. The move is seen as a way to reduce vulnerabilities associated with dollar dominance, and the BRICS are also exploring blockchain technology and connecting payment systems to reduce transaction costs and counter unilateral sanctions.

🔴 Unprecedented increase in Bitcoin wallets with balances over $100🔴 The number of Bitcoin wallets with at least $100 in balance has reached near an all-time high. According to Binance data, the number has increased from 24 million in January 2024 to nearly 30 million in 2025, representing a 25% annual growth rate. Binance said in a report that this trend reflects the arrival of new users and increased interest in the cryptocurrency market. Similar growth has also been seen during bull market periods such as 2017 and 2021. Additionally, the approval of Bitcoin spot ETFs last year by major institutions such as BlackRock has also played a significant role in this growth.
