a common theme across the 50+ interviews we've done in the last 10 days is that it is HARD for new users to get started, know where to cast, find their footing and like-minded people. starter packs, /gmfarcaster, FC newsletters, and finding a "onboarding buddy" help — what else? what needs to be better? how?

Accountability. Some bigger accounts have gotten away with blatant lies then when you call them out, you just get blocked and shunned by everyone else. Just because they are a huge account doesn’t mean they aren’t dishonest. Those bigger accounts that are arrogant and do whatever they want, aka the creator of Moxie, make the rest of us disheartened. Getting told I’m lying when he’s lying. Obviously those will believe the bigger accounts because we are SUPPOSE TO TRUST THEM. Check and balance. Lower accounts and ones starting always getting their wrists slapped so to speak on this app. What about the big accounts? They need to be kept in check too. Having Dan or anyone call them out and say “No I didn’t create warpcast for you to scam and shame”. Bigger accounts need to be analyzed just as much as the little ones. Stick up for us little accounts against Jason. He’s created lots of issues and when you nicely try to talk, he won’t have it.

Misunderstandings happen but when the creator blocks you from asking questions and stating facts, shows he’s one sided only for himself. If he was for the community he would listen to our concerns instead of calling us liars and blocking us. Dan and Jacek deal with a lot but they aren’t blocking everyone. They are professional. Wish I could get out of the fan token since I’m blocked but mines already launched. The very first fan token launch, many did not want their launched. Many commented and said no but he said it was for the good of the community. Others can back me up. One of my friends had to have hers launched for the first round. no choice. So why deny what’s true? He needs checked. Moxie is probably what a lot first hear when joining this app, fan tokens, moxie earnings, etc. Jason blocking those with concerns just means he doesn’t care about our community, just his own well being.

i'm really sorry you had this experience. i do believe most people on this app act in good faith and don't look to scam and shame (and i do not condone scamming or shaming). if you don't like someone, friendly reminder that you can mute or block them instead of having them take any of your energy.
