day 1 at disney world: animal kingdom

i’m in orlando staying with my best friend who was my randomly assigned roommate freshman year of college. 

even though we hardly see each other anymore (different continents, busy schedules) whenever we are together, it’s like we never spent any time apart. 

my friend (lana) is the fucking coolest. 
she’s been playing nemo in the musical at disney world for 8 years now.
kinda a theater kid’s dream. great pay, great conditions, great hours

as a cynical person, i’m able to mostly shut off that part of me and enjoy disney and the joy it brings to so many kids, like the make a wish kid in front of me at the nemo show (i saw it twice today, brag). 

anyway, if you don’t have a friend who can get you into disney world for free, im sorry cuz its pretty dope.

How fun! You two could pass as sisters. 🤷🏽‍♀️❤️
