I struggle to vibe w NFT art because it’s harder to feel something without its physical presence So when I mint sth, it’s less about “collecting” (ie. possession) and more about patronage Probably fine for mint to be overloaded for now, but also why crypto feels confusing — this is quite implicit

Definitely feel you. Without the physical presence, NFT art feels more like supporting the artist than traditional collecting. It’s a different kind of ownership that can make crypto seem abstract, but also adds a new layer to being a patron.
