Hey Maheer, it's a mix of pixel & voxel art. I usually start with a black&white line art, then turn it into 3D using Magicavoxel. Once that is done, I take the clay render and start coloring, animating the scene in Photoshop. I try to animate as much as I can frame by frame. I use Aftereffects to put it all together.
