i refer to killers in the sense of the bartle test. essentially, the killer type "get their kicks from imposing themselves on others." in relation to MUDs, this means players that enjoy killing other players — but here in brypto, i've come to see it as users who actively or passively enjoy making gains at the expense of others. fshing a chart, mercenary farming, even profiting off picks and shovels (pumpdotfun, clanker et al) are killer-motivated play styles. izo

generally, i see the killer motivation as the root of the antisocial, of information asymmetry, and the gateway of Moloch. it is the part of us that i wish we could transcend, and that ive always been deeply disdainful of in society and terrified of within myself. most of my journey in brypto and maybe life has been reckoning with its innate role in human nature and progress. its why i will always dickride ppl like vitalik who use their gigabrain to rein in and wield this (izo) lower nature towards positive ends

while what he did as gaba was bad, it reads to zoo like a bunch of personal mistakes followed by a singular social transgression. and he gave the money back and izo rly felt attrition. i dunno how the velodrome team feels. i dunno if he would've rugged once the bear came. and i know he should have come out of the closet on his own. but so far what he's done in this alt has been v pleasing to most of you, and put fc in the shitcoin discourse

the 'coin' is one of the four* weapons of the magus. it represents the material universe itself, and the work of mind upon it. now that the truth is out there, if he can be honest and transparent about all this, and considering the work he's put in, would he been redeemed iyo? or will he just fuck off with the bag hes made and start a new alt? either way, change is always possible. i hope killers can change too. maybe he already has

had missed the full recap from https://warpcast.com/wagmialexander/0x8ffeaaab seems like he was going by the same playbook as last time. doesnt seem like he learned much of anything. sad to see, but a good lesson to learn

stash the bag? why not just become the new 0xb1? plenty of reasons to. the redemption of profit has already been achieved. but trust has been lost. even ciniz has more clout rn. trustless contracts fix this and couldve prevented him from stealing from velodrome unless he planned it that way. im curious if he did anything nefarious behind the scenes in this alt. hard to tell, but his use of multiple suggests will to manipulate at the least, which isnt uncommon on ct. i really dunno who hes trying to be, but im interested to see what happens next

fundamental question for brypto imo is, aren't the incentives massively misaligned to stash that bag and start a new one? no redemption arc necessary 

the real antidote to whatever disease or demon or crime, was enticing people to attend an appealing FarCon environment and inviting them to mix.
