i refer to killers in the sense of the bartle test. essentially, the killer type "get their kicks from imposing themselves on others." in relation to MUDs, this means players that enjoy killing other players β but here in brypto, i've come to see it as users who actively or passively enjoy making gains at the expense of others. fshing a chart, mercenary farming, even profiting off picks and shovels (pumpdotfun, clanker et al) are killer-motivated play styles. izo

generally, i see the killer motivation as the root of the antisocial, of information asymmetry, and the gateway of Moloch. it is the part of us that i wish we could transcend, and that ive always been deeply disdainful of in society and terrified of within myself. most of my journey in brypto and maybe life has been reckoning with its innate role in human nature and progress. its why i will always dickride ppl like vitalik who use their gigabrain to rein in and wield this (izo) lower nature towards positive ends

i do blv that, while proxy is a killer, this alt really was his redemption arc. he saw the opp to make it all back (both the money and the self respect), and not just for himself but for his cabal and the wider fc eco in turn. he was our killer, and we got to be the cabal π₯²

while what he did as gaba was bad, it reads to zoo like a bunch of personal mistakes followed by a singular social transgression. and he gave the money back and izo rly felt attrition. i dunno how the velodrome team feels. i dunno if he would've rugged once the bear came. and i know he should have come out of the closet on his own. but so far what he's done in this alt has been v pleasing to most of you, and put fc in the shitcoin discourse
