just had an idea for using scheduled repeating casts on /supercast

one of the things I've noticed in 2 years on Farcaster is that you shouldn't take for granted that people know who you are, or what you do — I've lost count of the times people asked me about design and they were not aware I had a hypersub 

it is a best practice to introduce yourself to your followers every so often (at least once a month), tell them a bit about yourself and what you do

as Farcaster grows, there will be a steady stream of new users, which means an ever growing % will have no idea who you are

pinned casts and /qbase would fix this @dwr.eth

not entirely? as farcaster grows and there are more users and channels, the likelihood someone will stumble upon your cast is always smaller; even less so that they will read your bio / pinned cast

this is more of a proactive strategy

proactive is def good. but i almost always check out a profile before i follow. would be good for people to get a glance at who you are beyond your latest posts

I am 100% guilty there - never had a funnel I fully believed in so far (website? hypersub? seemore? nftd?), so I just chose to focus on my content

but I agree, will need to improve that
