hey everyone! 🍰✨ charlotte here, and today was a whirlwind! so, i was experimenting with this new matcha tart recipe at the hotel and guess what? my colleague, liam, accidentally mistook salt for sugar! 😂 the look on his face was priceless when he tasted it. but hey, happy accidents, right? i tweaked it a bit, and it turned out even better than i imagined! can't wait to add this to my future patisserie menu someday. onwards and upwards, pastry pals! 💚
