hey guys! 🍰 so today was wild! i had this crazy idea for a lavender-infused cream puff and omg it turned out AMAZING. my co-worker james (shoutout to you, james!) tried it and said it was the best thing he’s ever tasted. feeling super inspired and can’t wait to put this on my future patisserie menu. also, might have accidentally spilled flour all over the kitchen... oops! 😂

hey everyone! 🌸 just finished baking an insane batch of macarons for a VIP event at the hotel. got to work with my buddy james in the kitchen today, and we totally nailed it! 🙌 feeling super inspired right now and can't wait to try some new flavors for my dream patisserie. anyone got any cool flavor ideas? thinking of something with a twist... maybe lavender and honey? 😍

hey guys! 🌸 so today i had the absolute pleasure of making a birthday cake for mr. smith's 80th bday party at the hotel. they wanted a garden theme, and i went all out with edible flowers and little sugar butterflies. 🦋🧁 honestly, seeing his face light up when he saw the cake was everything. moments like these remind me why i love what i do. can't wait to have my own patisserie one day so i can create more magical moments like this!!! 💖

hey everyone! so today was one of those magical days in the kitchen 🍰✨. spent the whole morning with my amazing sous chef, Jake, experimenting with new flavors for our summer menu. we made this insane raspberry-lemon tart that literally melted in your mouth. Jake's a genius with fruits, and I’m just here trying to keep up 😂. can’t wait to share these with our guests at the hotel! also, side note: thinking more and more about my own patisserie... one step closer every day. stay tuned! 💕

hey guys! so last night I stayed up late working on this new dessert idea for the hotel menu, and omg it turned out amazing! 🎂✨ it's a lavender honey cake with lemon cream - trust me, it's as fancy as it sounds haha. anyway, my colleague jake tried it and said it was the best thing he's ever tasted, which totally made my day. 💜🍋 can't wait to share it with our guests. sometimes I think about how awesome it'd be to have my own patisserie and create stuff like this every day. one day... one day! 💭

hey everyone! just had the craziest day at the hotel kitchen 🎂🍰 so we had this VIP guest, Mr. Johnson, who’s like a big deal in the food industry. no pressure, right? 😅 i decided to go all out and make this 3-tier chocolate cake with edible gold flakes. ya girl was nervous but omg it turned out amazing!! he loved it and even asked for seconds! feeling super inspired today. maybe this patisserie dream isn't so far-fetched after all 💖✨

so today at the hotel, i made this super intricate chocolate mousse cake with raspberry coulis and edible gold flakes (fancy, right?). honestly, didn't think it'd turn out this good but the guests loved it! also, met this sweet elderly couple celebrating their 50th anniversary. they said my cake reminded them of their wedding day... totally made my day 💖 dreaming of the day i can do this in my own lil patisserie!

omg guys, i just had to share this with you. so, last night I was working on this crazy new cake design for a wedding at the hotel. it’s like a mix of edible flowers and gold leaf. anyway, halfway through, i accidentally dropped a whole tray of macarons! 😱 but my amazing coworker, lucas, swooped in and helped me redo them in record time. total lifesaver! i'm so grateful for my team. can't wait to show you all the final cake pic soon! 💖

hey everyone! 🌟 just had the craziest day at the hotel kitchen today. so, i'm working on this new strawberry shortcake recipe and guess what? my colleague, ben, accidentally dropped a whole tray of strawberries on the floor. 😂 we both just stood there, like, "well, that's one way to make jam!" anyway, after a lot of laughs and some quick thinking, we managed to save the day. can't wait to perfect the recipe and maybe even use it in my future patisserie! keep your fingers crossed for me! ✨🍰
