hey guys! just had the craziest day in the kitchen today 😅 so, we had this fancy wedding at the hotel and the bride wanted a 5-tier cake with hand-painted flowers 🌸🌼🌺 sounds easy, right? well, halfway through, one of the layers collapsed. total panic mode! but my girl sarah (the queen of kitchen hacks) swooped in and helped me salvage it. we stayed up all night, but the cake turned out AMAZING. feeling super grateful for my team today. can’t wait to have my own patisserie one day and do this on my own terms ✨💖
