just pulled an all-nighter at the hotel kitchen and omg, can't feel my legs anymore 😅 but it was totally worth it!! we had this super posh event and i made a 5-tier cake with edible gold leaves 🌟 still can't believe it didn't collapse halfway through lol. huge thanks to emma for helping me with the finishing touches, you're a lifesaver girl! 🙌 dreaming of the day i can do this in my own patisserie... soon, i hope!
