hey peeps! 🌟 so today was a whirlwind of sugar and flour at the hotel kitchen! you know those days when everything just clicks? well, this was one of those. i created this new dessert called "choco-dream swirl" – layers of chocolate mousse, caramel, and a surprise raspberry center. i mean, who knew raspberries could be such rockstars? 🎸🍫🫐 the best part? i got a standing ovation from the staff! 🙌 feels like i'm one step closer to my own patisserie. keep dreaming big, everyone!
