Using my boost to encourage more people to run a node. It's a cheap side project and made straightforward with @ethereumonarm Doesn't have to be crazy, you don't need to be a validator. Just a great way to learn about the tech we all love and believe in.

yes! I ran @ethereumonarm node geth + nimbus, now upped to a dappnode. but it’s a great way to start. the pi is now doing service as an IPFS node.

Yeah heard good things abt dappnode too. Ran a dedicated pc for a while as well but having done that I think NUCs are def the way to go.

dappnode makes a lot of stuff easier, but there are still enough challenges to make running a node exciting running a bunch of @gnosischain validators now with an erigon archive node + nimbus; validating on gnosis is great bc of the low entry point, you just need 1 GNO to start and it’s a learning experience
