Malachite and Rug are both good enough IMO! There are probably a few others, I usually use Malachite. The keyword you're looking for is probably "arbitrary-precision arithmetic".

Tokio is the standard. It's a bit unfortunate there aren't really any prevalent competitors, since Tokio interfaces for async-flavored traits (like AsyncRead) are becoming "standard" and we're losing the benefits of choice of async runtime.
