1. i love proxy and appreciate this content and hope he marries the woman of his dreams 2. brat is AOTY 3. "normal" content doesn't get as much engagement here as it does on twitter, which is why i think we see so little of it. people like getting likes. 4. i casted about walks this week so i'll take credit for ruining proxy's FC experience and if i ever cast about walks again you'll know im in my proxy villain era

Re: #3, I think normal content actually gets way more engagement here than on Twitter, it’s one of my favorite things about Farcaster (most of what I post is “normal”), channels are the key unlock there imo

Way more than twitter but still way less than eg instagram. I personally do feel like I need to cultivate a cohesive brand to fit in on farcaster still

Agree that Instagram is very much a “for fun” vs “for work” network but I also feel like there’s not much discussion that happens there Re: cultivating a cohesive brand, how do you feel about narrowcasting?

Thinking more about it, I actually can post about any topic (even before narrowcasting), the main issue is lack of people interested in any one niche thing Cohesive brand to the exclusion of all else isn't really the feeling I have, it's moreso that the most successful accounts have a lot to say about one specific thing (crypto/founders/memes etc) and that doesn't always align perfectly for me
