Been reflecting on why I tend to hoard tabs and media ({read, watch, listen} later) I think part of it is that once I bookmark, save for later, open in new tab, etc. it loses its sense of urgency vs. these ever-changing, bottomless algo feeds of content that I hopelessly try to keep up with and get to the end of

U think the latter feel more urgent because they're basically part of live conversations and you need to engage with them before they die for your input to be part of the conversation? I guess the latter is also more compelling cuz it's read-write vs just read 🤔

The main point of saving content for later is not consuming it at the end while easing the FOMO.
