Not a fan of their dark patterns but more importantly haven’t found the app very compelling to use. It’s pretty confusing once you’re in (and that’s coming from someone who analyzes the shit out of social apps). I’m doubtful on their retention.

it's kinda maze-like navigation, which reminded me of og snapchat where we'd not seen a fully swipe-based nav but the motion and visual design is really nice, and the social loops feel pretty refined they got me to add the widget to my home screen and i find myself taking more pics bc the widget staring at me

Agreed, not really a fan tbh. The video intro with haptics was cool but beyond that the onboarding wasn’t that good
