Alright @mantej.eth (and other NYC friends) I’m at Tonchin, what do I order?

Got the curry + cheese wings, pink tartare (tuna + uni), classic tonkotsu ramen (+ a side of spicy sauce), and pizza ramen (had to try it)

Wings were an interesting flavor combo, tartare was fresh and nicely balanced

Ramens were both good (pizza was a one-time thing) but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it again
