I recommend cycling, and daily cycling for 1-2 hours a day. 1. Blood circulation, lymph, on the third day you will be surprised at how the metabolism in the body normalizes. 2. Vision. When you ride a bike, even at low speed, your eyes involuntarily focus on different objects. This way you train your eyesight. ✊
