Always Invent then Simplify. Entropy stays the same, but you make room for the next thing. Learnt this at Amazon but it has root in design thinking and algorithms too. Life is a balance and dance of Exploration then Exploitation. Even doing it randomly works. Doing it smartly like by being "greedy" or "optimistic" just sets you apart. The geniuses have such good mental models of the world that they can simulate it way in advance, "monte carlo" it basically. This is Elon in the world of engineering. Vitalik with cryptography. Oppenheimer with physics, etc. How are things after the simplification process @linda ? Curious.
