I'm hitting the 20++ rep range for 1-2 RiR, esp with lower body & leg workouts, so doubling up for stuff like goblet squats and reverse lunges + doing more arm work w/ both simultaneously to increase difficulty feels like a solid next steps. Adding a bench to maximize extension for exercises like rows, chest presses (chest presses on the floor just don't feel right tbh).
