has anyone here actually tried eating @bryanjohnson blueprint meals consistently? https://protocol.bryanjohnson.com/Recipe-Guide-by-Zero i do think it's very neat that he "open sources" his recipes (creating a ton of meal delivery services e.g. https://eatblueprint.com/ by chef jeff tang i'm considering it for fun since it's not that different from my usual recipes these days, except it seems much lower protein...but is the new trend now low protein 😑 i remember @keccers.eth casting about this
