We now force gas estimation by RPC on Arbitrum and a handful of other chains Are you running into any issues?

looking into options for tx building via cli (ie, cast) - that’s good to know. for “standard” evm, does it not use the rpc to estimate gas, or is it just pessimistic about things like storage?
