2 million?
10 million?
100 million?

fwiw I think the upper limit is around 10:1, ie I would be willing to lock 10m USD maximum for 90 days to freely invest 900k over a 90 day period (ceteris paribus).

what incentive is there to lock more than 1m for max allow (given that you only need 1m, for now)?

only time. consider:
zoz locked 15m immediately
min allo req may hit 15m, with everyone topping up as they go
zoz enjoys full tip for 90 days, no top up, and unlocks on time
everyone after zoz is trapped until their most recent top-up releases

Arguably also results in more buying of $degen for those wanting max allowance but not having enough existing holdings to keep up, especially while price is “low” but slowly recovering
