in theory could be. or if we had ZEC on base. another way could be it sends u to zcash wallet to tip and the reciever has to have added a zcash addy before.

Also the FC hub protocol is independent of Ethereum. Only account mgmt is on Eth. Might be possible to have more involved Zcash wallet/client integrations.
