if you want to build a big business in any geography -- get these people on your speed dial. - a legal counsel - a CA/CS, compliance guy - a headhunter - tech experts (in sub niches: AI, DevOps et al) - PR/Marketing guy - 'get shit done' guy India isn't for beginners. gear up.
