hi! i'm heet; working w my best pals at /castmoney as a ring leader (cofounder) to lead marketing, ops & gtm. 23. did tradfi for 4 years through college (nomura, de shaw, pwc) & right after spent 3 years building 2 companies; - first was an ed-tech, that got followers / users in 6 figures but failed to create worthwhile products (ripen.in, raised $550k over 2 rounds) - 2nd was a b2b agency that did product / design & gtm plays for indian co's. just doing some math [last 7 days] but there are 93 tokens (out of 888) that have given a 50%-1000% profit since entering 15m hot tokens list on the /castmoney frame [launch tmrw] avg. daily ROI [while you're afk, sleeping] when auto buying a hot token as soon as it enters 15m chart w SL at 25% [and batched selling till 500% profit] = 9%. daily. we'll make u so much money god damn

building a cool game, bot, agent, casino et al has 0-14d shelf life in crypto (and, farcaster) building a simple, first-principles product may be bleak at start, but if persevered well, it has a 12 month shelf life the frame y'all are going to see in a couple days is a long, long play. and it'll work.

founders! these are lagging indicators beyond work competence to look for in early stage hires > relationship w fitness > sources of happiness outside work > relationship w family > want* to do multiple side quests > personal hygiene > media diet > vocalised ambition > taste (music, food, clothing) > optimism your best pals from work will clear all / most

man i see the tides changing on ct so much. at least ~4 posts of builders moving from sol to base. felt so good. constant FUD'ing of base & solana-maxxing will affect largely any builder on base. the vol's on sol were worrying (fr). but well well, who does it well - not first.
