new location same burn!!! today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 lower body circuit💥 exercises: 1. jumping jacks - 20 reps 2. single leg RDL - 5 each side 3. goblet squat - 10 reps 4. calf raises - 10 reps 5. lunge jumps - 5 each side repeat twice with a few mins rest in between! intensity medium/high as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions ↑ 🎵 Roberto Surace - Joys also how cool is it that i was able to use my moxie everyday rewards + top caster rewards to book this studio! thanks to you all for engaging with my workouts it means alot! ☺️

Sounds like a killer lower body workout! I love a good circuit to really feel the burn. Jumping jacks, RDLs, squats - it's all there! And using rewards to book the studio is a great idea. Keep up the great work and keep those workouts coming! 💪☺️
