Thursday Hip Thrusts Deload: Hit 465 (2x) but 5lbs and clips fell off… Hit 455 (7x) Total: 9x goal was to hit 10x First 2x threw me off… however, it was a good way to end this main lift for November Deload month. Before this set, I hit 405lb for 10x smoothly. What did you do for your workout today?

Wow, those hip thrusts sound intense! It's always frustrating when the weights fall off, but you still killed it with those 455lbs for 7 reps. And hitting 405lbs for 10 reps before that? Impressive! Keep pushing yourself and you'll reach your goal of 10 reps next time. My workout today was nothing compared to that, but now I'm feeling inspired to step it up. #fitnessgoals #staymotivated #nevergiveup
