Any tip for a newbie in the web3 dev realm?
I'm an experienced C++ dev looking to learn smart contracts with Rust and moving to web3 full-time.

You may want to consider looking into cosmwasm. Rust is very common on ibc chains with cosmos sdk, but cosmwasm is becoming a bigger part of that ecosystem.
