HEAVY leg day today - TBH I love upper body days over leg day 😅 Most women would fight me on that. Legs 🦵🏼 are now shaking and waiting for @amc to give me a massage

I like leg days if I’m progressing on deadlifts but otherwise I don’t really like them.

And it’s always the exercise I have the most chance of getting hurt. Leg extensions and curls are fine and some deadlifts are ok.
