It's a word and probably the only beauty in the German language is the ability to compound anything into words, but no one would use it. You could make a word out of the joy to go into the garden and watch the sunset as "Gartenarbeitssonnenuntergangsfreude" and it would be ok, but no one would use it.

I am not German, but I have a tip for using LLMs to translate stuff and see if they sound familiar to a native speaker. I first ask Gemini to translate/generate the phrase then I ask ChatGPT to turn it into a normal phrase then I ask Gemini again if it sounds natural. I know, too much work, but it works like a charm in English to Korean translation lmao.
