morning workout complete and i tried  matcha for the first time ever

omg i loved it

I actually don't drink any coffee (just never developed a taste for it)

matcha on the rare occasion. 

I'm at something like 95% water, 4.9% green tea or other asian tea variants (oolong, pu 'er, etc), and maybe 0.1% sports drinks if I'm doing a race or something like that.

omg that sounds epic!!! will deffo take you up on that if we do visit
